Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Precog Analytics platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Precog Analytics provides a quantitative trading intelligence platform that includes, but is not limited to:

• Market analysis and pattern detection tools
• Strategy research and validation capabilities
• Backtesting and walk-forward testing
• Portfolio management and monitoring
• Automated signal generation and distribution
• Real-time analytics dashboards

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase. After the refund period, no refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users on a single account
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content or analysis from the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service

All content, algorithms, models, analytics, and proprietary technology within the platform are owned by Precog Analytics and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

Your trading strategies, research configurations, and custom analysis created within the platform remain your intellectual property.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results or trading signals will be profitable.

Precog Analytics is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. The Service provides analytical tools and information for educational and research purposes only.

In no event shall Precog Analytics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
